Aqua Marine offers a warm and soulful spot to unwind, refresh and reconnect with nature and the water. 

Newly constructed in 2022, Aqua Marine is a modern interpretation of the quintessential lakeside shack. One of Boreen Point’s prestige lakefront properties, the two-bedroom family house can accommodate up to six guests. The property features a large open plan living area and a wide spacious deck with lovely water views looking north across Lake Cootharaba. 

With the Boreen Point boat ramp only 50 metres to the west and a small sandy beach 70 metres to the east, Aqua Marine will appeal to the boating and outdoor enthusiast. The house has an outdoor shower and direct external access to the laundry and bathroom to wash off after a day outdoors enjoying Lake Cootharaba. 

Lake Cootharaba is one of the world’s premier flat water sailing venues. On calm days, the lake attracts paddling and rowing craft, while fishing enthusiasts also ply its waters. On a hot summer afternoon, the lake is a perfect spot for a refreshing swim. Lake Cootharaba offers access in the north to the world-famous Noosa Everglades, and in the south to the Noosa River system and water access to Tewantin and Noosa Heads. 

Aqua Marine is a scenic 30-minute drive to the buzzing Noosa Heads beaches, shops and restaurants. 

Interior and equipment:

Aqua Marine is a fully-equipped, self-contained holiday house that can comfortably host four guests, and up to six guests.

FRONT DECK – The large deck overlooks Lake Cootharaba. With Adirondack deck chairs and a large outdoor table, the front deck is perfect for relaxing after an active day on the water. With its perfect northerly aspect, the deck is shady in summer and sunny in winter. 

LIVING AND DINING – The open plan living area has a comfortable lounge room with an inviting leather sitting space and is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV.

The adjacent dining area features a large natural timber dining table. 

KITCHEN – The well-equipped, modern kitchen has stone benchtops and Bosch appliances (oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as a fridge/freezer. 

BEDROOM 1 AND 2 – Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a king single bed. Both bedrooms have spacious built in-robes with plenty of storage space.  

BATHROOM – The bathroom has a modern shower, vanity, and a separate toilet. 

LAUNDRY – The spacious laundry offers a separate external entry for easy access after an active day on Lake Cootharaba. A modern Bosch washing machine is available for guests to use and the laundry has plenty of extra storage space. 

BACK DECK – At the rear of the house is a small deck with a four-burner BBQ for guest use and a small clothesline. 

PARKING – A two-and-a-half car carport is underneath the house providing off-street parking. 

PETS – Pets are strictly prohibited.
